Careerly does not act as the employer for opportunities considered through this website.

The service does not guarantee matching, contact, an interview, an offer, income, employment, or any response time.

Availability, eligibility, responsibilities, compensation, and other provider terms may change and must be confirmed independently before an applicant accepts any opportunity.

You must provide accurate, current, and lawful information, be at least 18 years old, communicate in English, and be legally permitted to work where you live. Individual opportunities may set additional requirements.

You must not submit fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or misleading information, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorised access. Careerly may use Google services for records and WhatsApp for the user-initiated conversation handoff.

Careerly may change, suspend, or end the service where lawful. Site content remains the property of Careerly or its licensors and may be used only to access the service as intended.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any mandatory local legal protections continue to apply where required.
